*To recertify through continuing education, Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designees must accumulate a minimum of 60 RCHs during the three-year recertification period; Certified Payroll Professionals (CPP) must accumulate a minimum of 120 qualified RCHs in a five-year recertification period.
