To effectively support corporations with HR technology and operative services, Singapore-based Excelity Global Solutions and China-based WOWOO HR, a cloud-based Chinese HR service provider, recently announced their partnership.

Ascender and NGA Human Resources have completed a transaction whereby Ascender has acquired the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) business of NGA Human Resources (HR), one of Australia’s leading HR and payroll technology and outsourcing organizations.

Through this newly formed partnership, both parties will collaborate to provide ANZ payroll solutions to NGA HR’s global enterprise clients as part of NGA HR’s global payroll offering. The strategic partnership will include collaboration around payroll innovation and broader HR services offerings, including a range of flexible service delivery options for global clients with a footprint in ANZ.
