With 28 years of payroll experience, Tim Kelsey’s expertise is in global payroll, processing payrolls Kingston, Jamaica to Entebbe, Uganda, and everywhere in between.

In 2007, he formed his own company, Kelsey’s Payroll Services, spending majority of his time writing and lecturing on all aspects of global payroll. He recently completed a successful lecture tour of the USA for GPMI, covering payroll rules in countries such as China, India, France and Germany.
