ADP Workforce Now Simplifies Multi-Country Payroll

To help employers manage an increasingly global workforce, ADP announced the integration of multi-country payroll functionality into ADP Workforce Now. The new offering supports U.S. and Canadian headquartered businesses managing payroll in multiple countries with an integrated system of record.

According to the company, ADP Workforce Now with Global Payroll eliminates the challenges that disconnected systems present by offering native, seamless integration and navigation. Organizations can utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage and maintain information on employees residing in more than 50 countries, helping to tackle challenges unique to their business goals.

Neeyamo Recognized as Innovator by Avasant, RadarView

Neeyamo, Inc., a provider of technology-enabled global payroll and HR services, has been recognized as an Innovator in Avasant’s maiden Global Hire-to-Retire Business Process Transformation 2021-22 RadarView. These assessments are released to help global organizations identify, assess, and down-select service providers in specific areas and provide an unbiased evaluation of technology product and service providers’ genuine capabilities.

Deel Acquires HR Software Company Roots

Deel, a global remote hiring company, announced two moves to help Deel and its customers build a collaborative culture among distributed teams. The company announced it has acquired Roots, an HR software platform that, according to the company, enables remote organizations to collaborate more effectively and reduce burnout.

Deel gives more than 6,000 companies in more than 150 countries the ability to hire, pay, and comply with local laws abroad, including technology that offers HR, payroll, compliance, perks, and benefits needed to hire and manage a global team. Through Roots’ various products—including PTO, 1-on-1s, onboarding, and more—companies can streamline processes to positively impact employee wellness and productivity and reduce burnout, according to the company. The Roots team and technology will be made available to all Deel customers.
