ADP Platform Expands to Canada, Mexico

ADP is expanding its leading Next Gen Payroll Platform across North America to Canada and Mexico to help transform the payroll experience for practitioners and employees in those markets. With this move, more companies of all types—from local small businesses to global conglomerates—will be able to revolutionize the way they pay employees, ADP said.

Thailand’s National ITMX Uses ACI Worldwide Solution

ACI Worldwide, a global provider of real-time digital payment software and solutions, announced that Thailand’s National Interbank Transaction Management and Exchange (ITMX) has successfully implemented ACI’s real-time payments solution to modernize Thailand’s bulk payments processing system and support continued real-time growth.

National ITMX, which is co-owned by Thailand’s largest commercial banks and governed by the Central Bank of Thailand, is responsible for developing and delivering Thailand’s digital payments infrastructure, including card-based, non-card-based, and account-to-account payments. National ITMX’s bulk payments systems processed more than 96 million transactions and 4.3 trillion baht (USD $143 billion) in 2020, and its critical payments infrastructure is utilized for corporate payments including payroll, dividends, interest, loans, and more. According to the company, ACI’s real-time payments solution has been successfully implemented across all 33 ITMX member banks, bridging ISO 20022 and the existing ISO 8583 standard.

SAP to Acquire Signavio

SAP SE, a global enterprise application software provider, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Signavio, a German-headquartered provider of cloud-based management platforms and enterprise business process intelligence.

According to Luka Mucic, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board of SAP SE, said combining Signavio with the Business Process Intelligence unit of SAP will strengthen SAP’s capacity to help companies quickly understand, improve, transform, and manage their business processes at scale.

“In today’s dynamic world, companies of all sizes need the ability to rapidly adapt their business processes to fast-changing market conditions,” Mucic said. “The combination of business process intelligence from SAP and Signavio creates a leading end-to-end business process transformation suite to help our customers achieve the requirements needed to gain a competitive edge.
