InCorp Group Acquires Cekindo Grup of Indonesia
InCorp Group, a Singapore corporate services company, announced the acquisition of Cekindo Bisnis Grup, a consultancy firm headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. With this acquisition, InCorp Group not only builds its presence in Indonesia but strengthens its position as a leading corporate solutions provider in Southeast Asia.
Founded in 2011, Cekindo Grup offers corporate services such as payroll processing, recruitment and HR establishment, company registration and dissolution, and more.
Cekindo is InCorp Group’s 11th group acquisition. This most recent acquisition, according to the company, will contribute to InCorp’s goal of providing comprehensive corporate solutions for both established and growing companies throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

activpayroll Launches Short-Term Business Visitors Solution
activpayroll’s Global Mobility Division announced the launch of an additional online functionality within its activ8 technology platform, which, according to the company, will help streamline data gathering and reporting processes for organizations with a Short-Term Business Visitors (STBV) Population.
Leveraging its existing eTime module functionality, its STBV online calendar and reporting solution enables employers to provide access to their business travelers from overseas to log all visits to the U.K. in real time via a mobile-friendly app. All data input into the eTime STBV solution is automatically logged, tracked, and reviewed to ensure accurate and timely reporting to HMRC at the end of each U.K. tax year.
Graham McKechnie, activpayroll’s Global Tax Director, said the company is looking forward to rolling out the process enhancement to current customers.

Global Payroll Gets a Spotlight at ADP ReThink 2019
ADP ReThink 2019, a January global human capital management (HCM) event in Berlin, showcased all aspects of global payroll and its transformations under its theme, “Transforming the Way the World Works.”
Global time, HCM, talent management, payroll, and global payroll transformation gained considerable attention through demo booths, featured speakers, and presentations.
ADP’s acquisition of Celergo in August 2018 took center stage as Celergo’s founder, Michele Honomichl, gave a presentation on the company’s history and path toward ADP.
