Kronos Recognized as 'Great Place to Work' in China

Kronos Incorporated has been recognized for the first time by the Great Place to Work Institute in Greater China as one of the region’s Best Companies to Work For. The sixth-annual ranking is assessed based on employee responses to the Trust Index Survey combined with an extensive Culture Audit. Together, the surveys aim to map organizations to five trust-building dimensions of what makes a great place to work: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

“We are honored to be named an employer of choice in China, a fast-growing and important region for Kronos, our customers, and partners,” said Aron Ain, Chief Executive Officer of Kronos. “This award truly belongs to our fellow Kronites in China whose talent, passion, and hard work make it possible for us to deliver incredible products and services to our customers in the region. Thank you to all of our great employees for their dedication to Kronos!”

Global Fortune Top 5 Company Utilizes Ramco

Ramco Systems is adding to its growing clientele by winning the trust of a Global Fortune Top 5 organization to manage its human resources and payroll services which currently employs approximately 4,500 staff spread across 21 cities.

Ramco’s end-to-end human capital management (HCM) software will harmonize a full spectrum of core HR, time and attendance, training, onboarding, and payroll functions into a single integrated system that is accessible via mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. Virendar Aggarwal, CEO of Ramco Systems, said the winning of another Fortune 500 giant is a great endorsement of Ramco’s product capability.

“Amidst the ongoing disruption in multiple industries, employee experience and engagement remain the core pillars of business growth,” Aggarwal said. “We pride ourselves on building a transformative, end-to-end digital ecosystem that helps established brick-and-mortar giants to achieve this with ease. With continued investments on innovation and next-gen technology like Chatbots and facial recognition based time and attendance, we focus on delivering tools that enable HR professionals to focus on building engagement and relationships, leaving back-end operations to be handled by technology.”
