Neeyamo Named ‘Star Performer’ in Everest Group Assessment

Neeyamo, a provider of platform-enabled HR and payroll solutions, has been recognized as a Star Performer in the Multi-Country Payroll Outsourcing (MCPO)-Service Provider Landscape with Services PEAK Matrix Assessment for the year 2018. Neeyamo has been positioned in the “Major Contenders” category.

The Star Performer classification is based on year-over-year improvement on the Services PEAK Matrix by Everest Group, a premiere consulting and research firm focused on strategic IT, business services, and sourcing.

Neeyamo Chief Client Partner Vivek Khanna said the global payroll practice has seen tremendous growth over the years, particularly in Market Impact and Vision and Capability categories.

“Much has happened since our decision to become a platform-enabled global payroll service provider,” Khanna said. “PayNComp—our global payroll platform—has been receiving accolades the world over for its capability to be a truly single global payroll solution serving organizations, especially with a multi-country presence. With a solution that serves customers in more than 130 countries, we are now focused on making investments and extending our efforts to bring to market a solution that transforms and supports a truly global payroll model.”

Wajax Benefits From UltiPro’s Unified HCM

Ultimate Software, a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced that Wajax, a Canadian industrial distributor of industrial products and service provider, used UltiPro to achieve a successful reorganization and raise the strategic value of HR.

Prior to UltiPro, Wajax employees were divided among five separate payroll solutions, making accurate and timely reporting of more than 2,500 employees extremely challenging. The company chose UltiPro with the goal of consolidating employee records into one master system as well as reorganizing reassigned employees from one of the company’s three large divisions into areas defined by functional role.

“UltiPro was the critical component in our successful reorganization,” said Stuart Auld, Senior Vice President of HR and Information Systems for Wajax. “With UltiPro as our single source of truth, we were able to generate real-time reports that gave us the key people insights to make well-informed decisions. For the first time, we could provide our leadership with basic information such as headcount, as well as more advanced data such as employee tenure, that helped us streamline our workforce equitably.”
