Kira has more than 11 years of experience in international payroll management, having worked and interacted with more than 100 countries globally. In her current role with Auxadi, she oversees payroll teams in over 10 countries.

She holds a degree in International Studies with a concentration in International Law from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She speaks Russian, English, and Italian. She is also a regular contributor to the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI), providing articles for Global Payroll magazine and presenting webinars
