Ceridian Launches Dayforce in the U.K.

Ceridian, a global human capital management (HCM) technology company, announced the launch of its cloud-based platform, Dayforce, in the U.K. market. Dayforce is the only single HCM platform of its kind in the market.

Ceridian Chairman and CEO David Ossip said Dayforce’s customers operating in the U.K. can benefit from the combined payroll and deep workforce management functionality to help better engage people and simplify processes.

“With the expansion of Dayforce, including the addition of native U.K. payroll, employers in this market have access to the same award-winning platform used by more than 3,000 customers around the world,” Ossip said.

Neeyamo Expands HR, Global Payroll Operations in Pune, India

Neeyamo, a global provider of long-tail HR and payroll services, has expanded its capacity in Pune, Maharashtra. The new Global Delivery Center (GDC) will be in addition to the existing similarly-sized GDC already operational in Pune.

The new center can house up to 1,000 associates. According to the company, the center includes advanced training facilities, multiple employee collaboration areas, state-of-the-art communication infrastructure, and top-of-the-line technical and physical security.

“We have been experiencing phenomenal growth over the last few years and continue to see aggressive growth in business in the foreseeable future,” said Neeyamo CEO Rangarajan Seshadri. “This GDC, established adopting global benchmarks, will support our growth in the interim. Fraport Selects SAP SuccessFactors Solutions
