World Wide Technology Turns to ADP for HR Processes
To keep up with rapid growth, World Wide Technology (WWT) has implemented ADP Vantage HCM and ADP Streamline.
Prior to ADP, WWT was using multiple vendors to fulfill its HCM needs, which led to limited visibility into its workforce data, the company said. WWT Vice President of Global Human Resources Ann Marr said the company is implementing new systems in order to handle approximately 4,500 new employees within the next five years.
“We knew the old systems we had in place wouldn’t be able to handle more employees and we’d end up hiring more people to do processes that could easily be automated,” Marr said. “With ADP, we’ll be able to eliminate manual processes and dual data entry, which will save time, reduce errors, and increase efficiencies. Activpayroll Expands With New Australian Office
