Ceridian Acquires ADAM HCM to Extend Global Leadership
Ceridian, a global provider in human capital management (HCM) technology, announced that it has acquired ADAM HCM, a payroll and HCM company serving customers in 33 countries across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. This acquisition, according to the company, positions Ceridian as a leading HCM provider in Latin America, which will create value for existing and prospective customers in key markets, including Mexico and Brazil.
This acquisition allows ADAM HCM customers to access Ceridian’s platform for global HCM and allowing them, according to the company, to scale and grow globally across new geographies. This announcement will also accelerate Ceridian’s commitment to deliver Dayforce Payroll in Mexico.
