Ryan Acquires SALT Payroll Consultants

Ryan, a provider of global tax services and software, announced the acquisition of SALT Payroll Consultants, a subsidiary of Pinpoint Recovery Solutions Corporation.

According to the company, the acquisition adds a team of highly qualified tax specialists with proven experience reducing payroll tax liabilities and delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in payroll tax refunds for Fortune 1000 companies. The deal also adds several significant Fortune 500 relationships to Ryan’s client portfolio and expands the capabilities of the firm’s Human Capital Tax practice.

Additionally, Kevin Cappock, CEO and Managing Partner of SALT Payroll Consultants, will join Ryan as Principal and Practice Leader of its Human Capital Tax practice. Cappock has more than 25 years of experience helping large corporations with complex payroll issues and will continue by managing the delivery of Ryan’s suite of human capital tax services.

Tricor Australia Appoints CEO

Tricor Group, a business expansion specialist in Asia, announced the promotion of Richard Beattie as CEO of Tricor Australia, reporting to Lennard Yong, Group CEO of Tricor. Beattie will be responsible for leading the commercial development and operations of the Australia business.

Beattie joined Tricor in 2003 and was promoted to Director of Business Services for Tricor Hong Kong in 2013. Tricor Group CEO Lennard Yong said Beattie brings a wealth of experience to the company, not just from his long-term relationship with clients, but also his quality deliverables.

With nearly 200 customers, Procura has operations in both Canada and Australia.
