Ceridian Named to Canada’s Top 100 Employers
Ceridian, a global human capital management (HCM) technology company, has been named one of “Canada’s Top 100 Employers” for the 16th consecutive year. Selected by Mediacorp Canada, the Top 100 Employers list compiles a variety of criteria including a workplace’s culture, salary and benefits, vacation and leave policies, and community and charitable involvement.
According to the company, Ceridian’s recognition as an employer of choice can be attributed to these 2018 initiatives and programs: Ceridian Cares, an employee-driven charity that has raised $1.85 million in Canada since 2013; Ceridian’s EDGE Certification, which globally recognizes the company’s commitment to gender equality in the workplace; and YOUnity, which is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment through multiple programs.
“We’re committed to creating an enviable workplace culture where our people are engaged, productive, and happy,” said Leagh Turner, President of Ceridian. “For that reason, we design programs that go beyond the traditional and are inclusive and relevant, so that everyone can bring their best, whole selves to work every day.”
