Ramco Completes Workday Global Payroll Certified Integration

Ramco Systems (Ramco), a Workday Access software partner, announced that it has achieved Workday Global Payroll Certified status. Ramco provides customers with integration that connects Workday human capital management (HCM) with Ramco global payroll.

With this integration, according to the company, Workday customers can leverage Ramco’s global payroll platform that covers more than 100 countries in Europe, Asia-Pacific (APAC), the Middle East, and Africa. The integration helps enable large enterprises to offer a frictionless employee experience aligned with their HR and payroll digital transformation.

Andersen Global Acquires Additional Presence in Gabon

Andersen Global entered a collaboration agreement with Gabon-based tax firm Caudexco, bolstering its foothold in the country and expanding its resources in the region. Gabon is a country on the west coast of Central Africa.

Caudexco, a full-service firm established in 2017, provides tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and social declaration services, and advises clients on corporate and wealth management matters. With an office in Libreville, Gabon, the firm serves companies in industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, commercial, and agriculture.

Neeyamo Expands Operations in Madurai

Neeyamo, a provider of technology-driven global payroll and HR solutions based in Chennai, announced its expansion plans in Madurai. With an existing center in Madurai’s ELCOT region of 1,000 seats, Neeyamo’s second office will have an additional capacity of 1,600 seats. The company looks to ramp up headcount in the region by 1,200 in the next year.

The platform-based global payroll technology provider Neeyamo has approximately 3,000 employees in more than 190 countries and serves over 350 customers worldwide. The team based out of Madurai, according to the company, primarily works on developing payroll and time and absence products.

“We are creating world-class products from Madurai, which is proof of the talent pool available in the region,” said Rangarajan Seshadri, CEO of Neeyamo. “When we started our first Madurai center, we realized there weren’t many companies based out of Madurai. We had a good number of people working in our Chennai center that came from Madurai and neighboring towns and cities that made us realize the uncaptured talent that Madurai had to offer.”
