KM2 Solution Selects Kronos HCM for Top Talent and Business Growth

KM2 Solutions, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company with locations throughout the Caribbean and Central America, has selected Kronos Workforce Ready as a critical part of its human capital management (HCM) strategy to transform its people operations.

Kronos Incorporated is a provider of workforce management (WFM) and HCM cloud solutions.

Middle East Apparel Manufacturer Implements Ramco

Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd., the largest apparel manufacturer in the Middle East with 28% share of Jordan’s total garment exports, signed an agreement with Ramco to implement Ramco’s global payroll and workforce management solution to automate the payroll and time and attendance of approximately 30,000 employees.

With Ramco, Classic Fashions will be able to manage and monitor the payroll and time and attendance of its workforce on a unified platform. The solution, according to the company, will also be bundled with multilingual HR chatbot Ramco CHIA, which will help employees with the simplified user interface and aid the management in optimum resource utilization, based on skillsets.

“The textile industry is a labor-intensive sector, where it is obligatory to closely monitor the workforce,” said Ramco Systems CEO Virender Aggarwal. “Right from clock-in time-ins and timeouts, scheduling right resources for right tasks, to calculating payouts based on output or workhours, Ramco’s global payroll solution integrated with time and attendance will help Classic Fashions manage its employee ecosystem effectively.”

SAP SE, a provider of cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, announced the latest companies to have selected and gone live with SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite.

Spanning various regions and industries, these organizations are turning to SAP SuccessFactors solutions to, according to the company, accelerate its HR processes, enhance its ability to attract talent, and deliver more engaging employee experiences. These companies are:

  • Chalhoub Group—a Middle Eastern partner for luxury retail, distribution, and marketing services, successfully integrated SAP SuccessFactors solutions with experience management solutions from SAP to see what is happening operationally and understand why.
  • Klosterfrau Healthcare Group—a supplier of pharmaceutical products in Europe that needed an HR system with a payroll solution seamlessly integrated with its core HR system to simplify and expedite payroll processes for the group’s various companies.
