As the Vice President and Leader of the Effectiveness Center of Expertise, within Wells Fargo’s Global Payroll Services organization, Michael leads the publication and distribution of the GPS Dashboard and Scorecards for payroll operations, which includes measurements for production volumes, efficiencies, and benchmarking against global industry data trends and analytics.

He has more than 23 years of experience in the financial industry and has expertise in manufacturing accounting. He holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification and most recently received his Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
